Steatite / Stealan
Steatite is a magnesium silicate - made up to 90% from soapstone. Particular feature: The extremely good processability. Steatite is burnt at temperatures of between 1300 and 1400°C. This safeguards both the high density and pronounced mechanical strength.
We market our high-frequency steatite with a dense structure under the brand name of STEALAN.
