Hard machining adjuster (m/f/d)

Together with 200 colleagues, you will ensure that around 400 million components made of technical ceramics are manufactured every year for companies in the medical, automotive, energy technology and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. Your tasks include:
- Independent set-up, maintenance and operation of grinding machines, vibratory grinding systems, etc. in hard machining, thus ensuring production capability
- Implementation of autonomous maintenance
- Quality assurance in the production process
- Elimination of malfunctions
- Support for machine and system operators by providing error messages, information on error prevention measures and instructions on how to work
- Compliance with quality specifications and regular quality inspections
- Processing of sample parts
What we want from you
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training
- You are prepared to take on responsibility and work in 3-shift operation
- You are characterized by a careful and conscientious way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
- You have IT user skills and good German language skills
