Work planner/work scheduler (m/f/d)

Together with 200 colleagues, you will ensure that around 400 million components made of technical ceramics are manufactured every year for companies in the medical, automotive, energy technology and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. Your tasks include:

  • Implementation and evaluation of time studies according to REFA /MTM
  • Analysis of the necessary production steps
  • Design of workplaces and workflows as well as material allocation
  • Creation and maintenance of work plans, comparison of master data, parts lists, taking into account the material flow, logistics processes, times and the required tools and equipment
  • Identifying waste and helping to design efficient processes
  • Support in the elimination of problems and errors in the production process
  • Supporting product management in the definition and calculation of manufacturing processes
  • Further development of existing calculation tools and processes, as well as in the area of target costing
  • Further development of key figures in the area of production
  • Maintenance and control of the ERP system proALPHA in the role of a key user

What we want from you

  • You have successfully completed technical training or studies
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of work preparation in a comparable role in the manufacturing industry
  • Relevant knowledge of ERP systems, preferably proALPHA
  • REFA or MTM training or experience in dealing with these procedures
  • Good knowledge of Office applications
  • You have a strong awareness of communication, organization and a solution-oriented, goal-oriented way of working
  • You have a pronounced cost awareness
  • Strong implementation skills with clear practical relevance and a pronounced hands-on mentality round off your profile
  • Experience in the field of technical ceramics is an advantage
